So, I just joined Netflix.
Even though I can't remember the last time I watched a movie at home in its entirety.
(Sleep seems to come so easily when I finally find the time to sit down. That's a 41 year old mama with a 2 year old for 'ya.)
So tell me....
What movies should I add to my list?

I love Netflix. We do not have HBO so I got all the seasons of "Big Love" through Netflix. Its a beautiful thing!!!
My favorite movie is "The Ultimate Gift".
We're just wrapping up a free two-week Netflix trial. It's been fun to see what it's like--super convenient and so many choices!
One of my favorite movies to watch this time of year is The Family Stone.
I have to admit I have a serious addiction when it comes to Netflix, LOL! It's sooo easy and convenient. I'm embarrassed to tell you that I have over 200 movies on my queue. Not sure what genres you're into, but, here's a few of my very favorites (grown-up movies) that I have rented in the last few months:
Lars and the Real Girl
Dan in Real Life
Penelope
The Jane Austen Book Club
This Christmas
The Claim
The Family Stone
The Stone Angel
One True Thing with Meryl Streep, is one of the most profound movies. If you watch it a few times, you see layers of truth come to the surface each time. I have always thought that there was an important message in that movie (even though there are things we all might not like)about the value of what a wife and a mother really do for her family. You just have to see it, and watch it without missing one little part!
I'm a big fan of the classics - Anything with Cary Grant.
I haven't seen too many recent movies though.
Oh wow! I have been using Netflix for about 4 years. It is super super super. This all started when my hubby and stepson would forget to return the Blockbuster movies and I finally said "That's It!"
Dan in Real Life is awesome!
Jillian
The Family Stone
PS I love you
Momma Mia
We love Netflix! Here are a few titles:
Hancock
Christmas Vacation
Pride and Prejudice
I love Netflix, the reason I got into it about 3 years ago is because I don't have to worry about late fees LOL
Right now I'm watching a series, I've talked about on my blog, it's from australia and it's called McLeod's Daughters. LOVE IT.
Some great ones:
Penelope
Hancock
Mamma Mia
Boy I can't remember more even though my Queue has over 200 titles LOL
Here's a fairly old one and most people have not even heard of it...but, it was one of our favs.
A Simple Twist of Fate
with Steve Martin.
Excellent!
Also an oldy...Somewhere in Time with Christopher Reeve. Beautiful
I love Netflix!
1. "Rails and Ties" with Kevin Bacon. This is a wonderful clean movie that my husband & I both agreed was great!!!!
2. "Journey to the Center of the Earth" nice clean movie for the family.
3. "The Transporter" one and two are both good & the 3rd is now in the theaters.
4. "End of the Spear"
5. "Mr. Brooks"
6. "Michael Clayton"
7. "Shooter"
I looked back thru my netflix list & these are ones I would watch again. Some would not be good for kids. Number 1. is my favorite of them all.
If you ever get a chance to read, One True Thing, Julie's suggestion, is an excellent book!
PS I Love You
The Devil Wears Prada
Atonement
We've used NetFlix for a couple years. I liked The Holiday, if you haven't seen any Narnia be sure to add them. Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day was really good, too.
We've been members for over a year and I love the convenience. We most recently have worked our way through all of the seasons of Lost and then started on Eli Stone. Whenever a new movie comes out in the theater (and since 99% of the time I don't go to the movies) I go ahead and put it in my netflix queue while I'm thinking about it...whenever it finally coms out, they send it along.
LOVE NETFLIX! Even though some movies stay at the house a month!!! Devil Wears Prada, Catch and Release, and White Christmas are my picks!!
The full seasons of Mad Men, Prison Break - and if you're in the minority of people who aren't already addicted, LOST.)
If for no other reason, you'll love Mad Men for the wardrobing and Don Draper. (Yum.)
