It's that glorious time of year again around our house- also known as It's Time to Have Our Family Pictures Taken and Do Not Give Me Any Lip About Wearing That Sweater.
And, I cannot believe my husband's son would act up this way!
Look at how my husband's son is totally ignoring the photographer.
My husband's son is not even looking at the camera!
What terrible manners!
How rude!
Too bad The Little Nut belongs to The Crazy Momma Tree.

Holy cow, I LOVE it! This is inspiring me to throw a few of our bloopers up! :)
Adam found something more entertaining to look at!!! :)
Haha, so cute! I love the coordinating sweaters too.
That is so stinkin' cute and funny. Totally your husband's son.
You should see some of the crazy junk my husband's son has been getting in to today...no way that child came out of me.
Hey, at least you got a picture. Judson disappeared everytime Jenna was around this weekend and I didn't get one :-(
He's a cutie. Those the best pictures anyway.
Those are the best pictures, I meant.
This is why I don't get in our pictures.
You totally need to use that as your card!
I love it!! You are hilarious. Tell your husband that he better make his son behave next time!! Too cute. Thanks for the laugh!!!
Jill, I get such a kick out of your conversations with Adam! He must be a pistol and this pic shows it all. :)
I love it! I can so identify with uncooperative kids and Christmas pictures. We're going to attempt ours this weekend.
You have such a beautiful family! Merry Christmas!
Love the picture, anyway!
I love it!
So cute. Our picture last year looked like it was from a hostage video -- we just needed one of the kids to hold up a dated paper.
LOL!
Hugs!
Kat
That is great.
Ha ha ha ha. Love it! Crazy nut and crazy momma tree. :)
That just stressed ME out a bit. Ha! So glad I decided to use pics throughout the year and bypassed the photo session this year. I feel your pain your husband's son caused. Ha!
I just love this photo! The outfits are terrific and you two are priceless.
I'm sure the finished product is gorgeous!
Ha - love it! After 23 years of taking Christmas photos I think I am done!! My college boys are refussing this year - say once your in college it is over!? Bad boys. All 3 of them whine and complain every single year, non-stop!!
OK... I am following you for the single reason that your conversations with your 3yo make me laugh out loud!
Oh, and take a look at my blog to see the out takes from our Christmas card! (Yours are much calmer!)
PRICELESS!!!!! LOL... :)
Darling Picture!!
Beautiful picture and it has that candid feeling!
LOVED IT
Isn't this how we always look? You just captured it on film. Too cute, really.
I also wanted to say thank you for your comment today. Sometimes relationships with parents can be complicated depending on timing and events out of our control. I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. I'm glad you have such nice memories of your dad. Me too. I have always wished I knew him from an adult perspective though. Next life, I hope.
Have a wonderful weekend. :) xoxo
Jill, how funny on Blindside shooting the rug store near you and YES, it did make the cut. The wife was a designer and was on the phone in several shots talking about design stuff & once she was standing in a big space looking at a rug! You have to see this movie, it's so uplifting and really one of the best movies I've ever seen. Sandra was fantastic in it & totally believable as a sassy Southern mama!
